All accounts must be verified with a copy of resale/business license


Effective Feb 1, 2012 opening minimum order: $250.00.


no terms are given for first time orders.


$100.00 minimum re-orders. upon checkout, orders under $100 will be subject to a $7 fee (charged when order ships).


actual shipping charges will be charged according to the weight & size of package (also charged when order ships).


if you would like to use your ups/fedex account, drop down "own ups/fedex account" in the shipping method. please provide us with your account number in the comment section.


note: our lanterns are hand made and may have slight variations in colors from what you see online. if you need a very specific color, please call customer service.


Vendors that do not have a California resellers permit number, shipping or drop shipping within California will be charged California sales tax of 8.25%.

***Shipping to California*** If you are shipping to or within CA (unless your business is in CA, along with Valid Resellers License), Sales Tax of 9.25% will be charged to your order.

Net 30 days with approved credit

Net 30 accounts are approved through wells fargo business credit after 1 years of business or 5 orders (which ever comes first). please allow 4-6 weeks for net 30 terms approval.

Credit references must include: your company must have a d&b number, five companies where you have an open account, fax number in addition to telephone number of those companies.

Customer will be responsible for any collection costs, penalties and accrued interest due to late payment.

All delinquent accounts will be reported to Dun & Bradstreet and other credit bureaus.

Returned checks: a $25.00 charge will be applied to customer's account for checks that are refused due to non sufficient funds.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days (please see below for processing times). all us orders are shipped via ups or usps priority mail. please allow 3-7 business days for products to arrive depending on the destination.

No P.o. are allowed for UPS ground. please see below for delivery time on ups ground.



UPS 3 day select & 2nd day air orders are processed the same business day if orders are submitted before 11:30a.m. PST.

UPS overnight - ups overnight, ups overnight saturday delivery, and 2nd day air saturday delivery is available if you wish to use this shipping option, please call us and we will let you know if this option is available.

USPS/united states postal service orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, and will be used for all orders shipping to po box.

**Once your order has been shipped, no modification to the order is allowed. this includes shipping options and or adding to the same order.

**Any address changes to us based addresses on ups, ontrac, or fedex, will imply a $11 service charge.

US Post International shipping

All int’l shipping will go by united states postal service air mail. all pricing are in usd currency. international orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. international shipping times range from 7-10 business days. (please allow extra time for foreign delivery due to customs and other factors.) international shipping charges are often significantly more expensive than domestic charges. duty charges are not included in shipping charges, and will vary depending on country, sometimes orders to specific countries must be shipped in separate boxes due to size limitations, please check with your local customs department. place an order for the products you want over our secure server, and shipping charges to these countries will automatically be calculated in your order.

International expedite shipping is available via UPS or FedEx, if you wish to use this shipping option, please call us at 1.650.339.7050 and we will let you know if this option is available on the items you are interested in ordering.

** Aisdistribution.com has the right to select the best shipping carrier based on your personal delivery requirements (need-by date, value, best overall option, etc).

Return policy

All returns must be preauthorize and assigned an Return Authorization number within 30 days of receipt. customer is responsible for return shipping cost. if you have any questions regarding your order, please contact one of our customer service reps at 1.650.339.7050. all claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
